We would like to welcome you to the official website of IMable Travel.
This website is owned and operated by the business owner of IMable Travel, Maria Koutsorinaki. Our registered office is at Saridantoni 11, 73100 Chania, Greece, and our company number is 1042E70000287101, authorized by the Greek ministry of tourism.
Please take the time to carefully go through the individual terms and conditions for your information and protection. It is your own responsibility to ensure that you have read and understood the various terms associated with your contract in advance of placing any bookings.
IMable Travel offers full day and half day private tours on a daily basis. Our vehicle is only used as transportation for customers on our designated packaged or customised tours.
Our vehicle has official permission by the competent authority. It is fully insured which includes covering its specialised use as an adapted vehicle for wheelchairs.
Our vehicle undergoes regular safety inspections and maintenance and has all relevant safety certificates.
Our vehicle is thoroughly cleaned and sanitised before every tour.
In our vehicle, there is fire extinguisher and first-aid-kit.
Please note that smoking and vaping are not allowed inside our vehicle.
Accessibility and Capacity
Our vehicle can carry up to 8 seated passengers (two up front, three in the centre row and three in the rear row).
Our vehicle is fully adapted and wheelchair or mobility scooter accessible, and when used for this purpose, the maximum capacity is 5 seated passengers and one wheelchair/scooter (two up front, three in the centre row while the rear row is converted for wheelchair/scooter use).
Actual seating capacity may vary depending on the needs of the client. For example; the size of the wheelchair/scooter, whether the wheelchair can be folder and stowed, and whether the user of the wheelchair/scooter prefers to transfer* to a seat or remain in the wheelchair/scooter during transit. If you are uncertain whether the vehicle can accommodate your wheelchair or scooter, please discuss this with IMable Travel before making any payment.
*While the driver will do everything they can to make your tour comfortable, wheelchair/scooter users who wish to transfer to a seat must be able to do so either by themselves or with the aid of their travelling companions. Access to the seated area is via a side sliding door which has a small step. The driver cannot perform transfers themselves for safety reasons.
Wheelchair/scooter accessibility is via a single-piece ramp at the rear of the vehicle, thus allowing access for both three or four-wheeled wheelchairs and scooters.
There are restraining straps and lock points available to help keep manual wheelchairs secure during transit.
Booking your tour and Payment policy
You can book our tours using our website, by SMS/ Viber/ WhatsApp or by e-mail. You can choose one of our recommended adventures or customise a tour based on your preferences and needs.
For all our tours, we kindly request payment in full at the time of your booking in order to secure your reservation. We will also require the following information:
- The tour you want.
- The date of the tour.
- Your full name as it is on your official documents.
- Your country or residence.
- The number of participants.
- Your e-mail address.
- Your phone number.
- The name and location of your accommodation, or appropriate pick-up and drop-off point(s).
- Any relevant allergies (e.g. food allergies).
- Any special requirements.
- For customers with disabilities or additional needs, we may ask for more information regarding your needs, in order to ensure we can provide a safe and comfortable tour.
For the packaged tours, you can book and make your payment through our website.
For all tailor-made/customised tours, or for bookings made by SMS/ Viber/ WhatsApp and by e-mail, we will send you a personalised payment link to complete your payment and secure your reservation. Please note that reservations are not secured until payment is received and confirmed by IMable Travel.
All the prices are in Euro (€) and include VAT.
Please note that payments can be subject to transaction fees and variations in exchange rates depending on payment method, origin currency and the bank used to make the payment, so the final price may vary by a few percent.
IMable Travel provides secure payment services via the National Bank of Greece.
All payments made by credit or debit cards are processed through the electronic payment platform “NBG e-Commerce”.
In the event you have to cancel, a full refund will be offered unless the cancellation occurs within 7 days of the start of the tour, in which case 50% of the full amount will be refunded. The date and time of the cancellation is taken from the moment written confirmation is received by IMable Travel.
In all cases, IMable Travel reserves the right to cancel its tours or services if exceptional or unlikely circumstances arise, such as severe weather conditions, mechanical problems on our vehicle which cannot be resolved, accidents, natural disasters, serious diseases/pandemics or unforeseen driver unavailability etc.
In such cases clients will be promptly informed and offered a full refund.
IMable Travel also reserves the right to refuse or terminate any tour or service at any time for any customers acting in an aggressive of violent manner, or who are under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Such customers shall have no claim of insurance or refunds against IMable Travel and IMable Travel will report any such occurrences to the relevant authorities.
Day of the tour
In the event of our driver running late because of an unforeseen incident, we will call you to make you aware so please ensure the mobile telephone number you have supplied us with is operational.
If a client is late to arrive at the arranged pick-up point without notice, the driver will wait up to 30 minutes before the appointment is automatically cancelled. Please note no refund will be given in these circumstances.
COMMENTS, CLAIMS, SUGGESTIONS
We make every effort to ensure that your tour runs smoothly, both with the services we provide and at the third-party providers we cooperate with. However, if you do have a problem during your tour, please communicate your wishes and/or difficulties to our staff who will do their best to resolve them for you. Please do not wait until the end of the tour, as claims will not be accepted if not mentioned to the drivers/guides at the time.
We do not accept responsibility for any accident regarding theft or damages during the tours.
All personal items, including coats, cameras, handbags, and similar personal articles should always remain under your personal control throughout the tour. We are not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal items while you are on tour.

IMable Travel accepts no responsibility or liability for any injury, illness, death, loss, damage, or theft that may occur during any tour or service provided by us. By making a reservation with IMable Travel, you agree to hold us harmless and release us from any and all liability associated with any accident, illness, injury, death, loss, or theft that may occur.
IMable Travel shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to, acts of God, war, terrorism, natural disasters, strikes, and governmental restrictions.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content included on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of IMable Travel or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or publicly display any of this content without the prior written consent of IMable Travel.
These terms and conditions, and any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
IMable Travel reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms and conditions periodically for any changes.
